When a 5th Gen Z/28 isn't quite enough, there is the JP/Z. A JP/Z is lighter than a C7 Z06 full of fuel, including the 5 gallon dry sump. The JP/Z V4 Aero produces more down-force than the extremely well done Z/28. Wheels are the same 19x11 front / 19x11.5 rear that we first used on the 5th Gen in 2009. Brakes are by Wilwood with pads by CobaltFriction. Our cages are built in a NASCAR fabrication shop. Countless hours have been spent cutting and drilling away excess metal to reduce weight. No expense is spared in the extensive use of carbon fiber.
Details are the measure by which we choose to be judged. The OE strut tops are cut away and replaced by JPSS Weld In SAI plates. We use aluminum front and rear bumper bars. The front bar is modified to support the front splitter. We use a V6 front fascia, modified in house for the lightest fitment with superior aero flow. Thee lower front grille is modified to allow greater air flow. We use a Z/28 front belly pan. The dash is made from our own in house mold. The strut towers are tied to the cage and a JPSS carbon fiber strut tower tie bar completes the triangulation.
